Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
Upon arrival, the hotel location seemed convenient for walking to most Philly attractions, and having breakfast included in the room rate felt like a good value. However, the lack of maintenance was noticeable, and the distance from other amenities made it inconvenient. My room was not properly equipped with towels and soap at first, had a lingering smoke smell, and was occupied by patrons with similar accessibility needs, which felt somewhat restrictive.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were not as expected, but they were extremely clean and had an easy-to-use thermostat. The service was wonderful and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay positive. The location, although not ideal for my preference, was convenient and the staff at the front desk were professional and accommodating. The dining experience had both positive and negative aspects. Overall, the hotel offered great value for money with some room for improvement.
The hotel rooms were nice with a comfortable bed and appeared to have been recently updated. However, there was an issue with the bed linens not being changed prior to our arrival. The size of the rooms was adequate, but there was an inconvenience of being given a new room that someone else was already staying in.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and modern but had a strong odor similar to dogs. Unfortunately, some essentials like TV, toilet paper, and Kleenex were missing, and there was a shortage of bath towels. On the bright side, the staff's service was exceptional, despite the chaos in the lobby, especially the friendly Chef who prepared our complimentary hot breakfast. The location, cramped but convenient, allowed me to easily meet up with family and access the commuter rail. Although the crisis environment due to flight cancellations marred the initial impression, the hotel managed to deliver good service and value for the money. The dining experience was satisfying, offering a basic yet delicious breakfast selection. Overall, a stay with some highs and lows.
The hotel was very clean and breakfast was delicious, but the rooms had an awful smell of urine and the sliding bathroom doors didn't provide much privacy. The service was super kind, helpful, and informative, with a very friendly atmosphere. The location was really convenient, near the airport, but there was noise from drag racing nearby. The dining experience was good with a variety of options, and the facilities were pretty good.
